Important Information for Magnetiq Bank Safe Deposit Box Clients

In line with its business strategy, Magnetiq Bank continues its determined transition to developing digital financial solutions, strengthening its position in the fintech sector, and reorienting its services towards business clients.

As a result of these changes, the Bank is gradually discontinuing services that do not align with the new strategic direction. Therefore, as of 12 December 2025, Magnetiq Bank will discontinue safe deposit box services – for both private individuals and legal entities.

What should clients using Magnetiq Bank safe deposit boxes do?

• Upon expiry of the agreement, please empty your safe deposit box and return the keys.
• Kindly schedule your visit in advance by calling +371 67772999.
• Starting from 12 December 2025, no new safe deposit box agreements will be signed.
• If a safe deposit box is not emptied within the required timeframe, the Bank will act in accordance with Magnetiq Bank’s General Terms and Conditions and Price List.
