A Payment Facilitator is an entity that holds a financial license and operates a PCI DSS-compliant payment form.

We provide Payment Facilitators with a full acquiring infrastructure to support their sub-merchant portfolio.

This model is suitable for organizations that operate their own payment environment and hold the required regulatory status.

How the Partnership Works

  • The Payment Service Provider provides the payment interface (payment page/form) to merchants.

  • Merchants use the Payment Service Provider's payment form and become direct clients of the Bank.

  • The Payment Service Provider receives compensation for each referred active merchant.

  • Compensation terms are defined individually.

Affiliate & Agent Partnerships

This partnership model is ideal for consultants, integrators, and resellers operating within the e-commerce space.

How the Partnership Works

  • The affiliate introduces a merchant.

  • The merchant completes onboarding and becomes a client of the Bank.

  • Once the merchant is live, the affiliate receives compensation.

  • Compensation terms are agreed individually.
